Automation Technology is specialized in the production and supply of machines for the dosing and mixing of multi-component products.
Our equipment is suitable for working with a wide range of products such as:
• Epoxy and polyurethane resins
• Silicones
• Polysulfides
• Polyester
• Basic methacrylate resins
• Pastel, metallic and transparent base paints, used in a wide variety of production operations.
The company also provides vacuum and degassing chambers with automated application systems.
Our staff works closely with customers and suppliers of raw materials, in order to be able to provide effective and functional solutions to the application challenges of a constantly evolving market.
The 2K ECOMIX uses separately driven gear pumps, through which the delivery and mixing ratio is controlled automatically.

Variable mixing ratio.
Simple, precise and reliable use, continuous delivery at predefined doses, setting of working parameters, from operator panel.
Functions
Each component is transferred from the underpressure tanks, or from the plate pumps (depending on the viscosity of the material), to the gear pumps, which, depending on the mixing ratio set, transfer the products to the delivery valve.
Each gear pump is protected against overpressure.
The two components are kept separate until the dispensing valve, equipped with a static plastic mixer in which they are homogeneously mixed.
